CONDITIONS BELOW: It’s an express condition
of your occupation or visit to these premises
that the Proprietor is not responsible for loss
or damage to the person or property of any guest
or visitor brought upon the premises arising from
fire, theft, or otherwise by whomsoever caused
or arising from the negligence or wrongful act
of any person in the employee of the Proprietor.
All guests or visitors, whether or not they occupy
rooms, are deemed to contract with the Proprietor
on this basis.
DEPOSIT
AND CANCELLATION POLICY RESERVATIONS:
Up to 3 nights require one night full deposit
4-6 Nights require two nights full deposit
More than 6 nights require three nights full deposit
CANCELLATIONS
MADE THEREAFTER:
28 days of arrival – Forfeit 25% of deposit
21 days of arrival – Forfeit 50% of deposit
14 days of arrival – Forfeit 75% of deposit
